So of i went dropped the laptop of with rob and he diagnosed and confirmed that there was indeed a virus called ms tools which was asking for my credit card details. rob quoted me a price and assured me that i was not going to lose any data. the day after i had a phone call to let me know my laptop was ready to go. and its been working perfect virus gone and all my pictures are still there i am very happy with the service and would like a pc express near me . so everyone that reads this if u got problems with your laptops there the guys to go to.thanks rob again i hope this review helps”.
