If you don’t own a printer, fill out the form on your computer, save and email it over to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Arrange a collection with our courier service
To arrange a collection, please pack your item well, fill out this PDF service request form, print off a copy to include within your package and email a copy over to email@example.com so we can arrange the courier for you.
Please note a printer is required to use our collection service for the courier documents.
We can arrange collection of your faulty devices, repair them and return them to your doorstep. Please note we may use a different courier for the return of your device to save you money.

*Mobile phones and SatNavs are more economical to send and return via royal mail, depending on the value of the device. It’s approximately £5 each way. We do request smaller items are posted directly to us to save you money and having to wait in for collections.
Our Courier Insurance
All devices are insured up to £50 as standard against damage in transit by the courier. Extra insurance is available at an additional £2 per £100 insurance but only when requested.
Tips for packaging
Pack with bubble wrap to prevent transit damage. If your device has an LCD screen, try putting hard cardboard against the screen before before bubble wrapping the device. It’s best to over pack the device that to risk damage. If you want any further advice on packaging your device then please give our shop a call on 0161 291 1044.
The order processor
After inspection of your device, we will contact you with a price and upon acceptable the repair procedure will take place. Should you choose not to have it fixed, we will ship the item back to you after return postage is paid, or you can arrange your own courier.
Once the item is repaired we will then be ready to accept your payment via any of these methods: Debit Card / Credit Card / Paypal / Bank Transfer.
As soon as cleared payment has been received we will arrange a courier to have it shipped back to you.
Our terms and conditions
- PC Express Business Ltd cannot be held responsible for damage in transit caused by insufficient packaging.
- Please also ensure you include the AC Adapter/Charger for your device if a non-standard USB or Apple device.
- When collections are arranged, payment for the courier service will be taken over the phone by card prior to the booking.
